    Recommended action: Provide headers locally: --nodedir=<path to node source/headers>, set --dist-url (or NODEJS_ORG_MIRROR-style mirror) to an allowed mirror, or pre-populate devdir (npm config devdir / node_gyp_devdir) in the image; configure proxy settings for npm.
    
    Option: Bake headers into the image [evidence: documented_workaround]
