    Proposed fix: [TypeScript 6.0] Flood of 'Cannot find name 'process'/'describe'' and TS2307 after upgrade — compilerOptions.types now defaults to [] (no automatic @types inclusion)

    Recommended action: Add an explicit list, e.g. "types": ["node"] (plus "jest"/"mocha"/"bun" as needed) to compilerOptions. "types": ["*"] restores 5.9 behavior.

    2. Re-run tsc
