    Recommended action: Create a managed (serverless) index with deployment={'deployment_type':'managed','cloud':...,'region':...}. If pod indexes are truly required, use a separate client with additional_headers={'X-Pinecone-Api-Version': '<earlier version>'} scoped to those calls only.
