    Proposed fix: [Ollama API] 400 "\"model\" does not support thinking" when think=true (or a reasoning option) is sent to a non-thinking model via /api/chat or /api/generate

## Body

    Recommended action: Only send think for models that list thinking in `ollama show` capabilities, or disable reasoning in the client config for that model.
    
    Option: Drop think for non-thinking models [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Clients toggling reasoning globally
    Steps:
    1. ollama show <model> to check Capabilities
    2. Set think=false / omit it for models without thinking
    Expected: Request accepted
