    Recommended action: For local development use `langgraph dev` (in-memory, no license). For the standalone server set LANGGRAPH_CLOUD_LICENSE_KEY (and LANGSMITH_API_KEY), ensure outbound HTTPS to beacon.langchain.com, and set LANGSMITH_ENDPOINT only as a full https:// URL without trailing slash.
    
    Option: Provide license env vars and egress to beacon.langchain.com [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Self-hosted standalone Agent Server
    Steps:
    1. Set LANGGRAPH_CLOUD_LICENSE_KEY and LANGSMITH_API_KEY
    2. Allow outbound HTTPS to beacon.langchain.com
