## Body

    Recommended action: Set CI=true for the command, or set confirmModulesPurge=false in pnpm config, or delete node_modules yourself and reinstall.
    
    Option: Disable the purge confirmation [evidence: official_recommended_action]

    Steps:
    1. Run `CI=true pnpm install`, or add `confirmModulesPurge: false` to pnpm-workspace.yaml/config.
    2. Alternatively `rm -rf node_modules` (all workspace packages) and `pnpm install`.
    Expected: Command proceeds without the error.
