    Recommended action: Set XDG_CONFIG_HOME and XDG_CACHE_HOME to a writable dir (e.g. /tmp/.chromium) and give Puppeteer a writable userDataDir.
    
    Option: Point XDG dirs and userDataDir at writable /tmp [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Read-only root filesystem with writable /tmp
