    Recommended action: Drop --no-update (plain `poetry lock` keeps existing locked versions); use `poetry lock --regenerate` if you want a full re-resolve. Pin the Poetry version in CI.

    Applies when: Poetry >=2.0
    Steps:
    1. Replace `poetry lock --no-update` with `poetry lock`
    2. Use `poetry lock --regenerate` only when intentionally refreshing all versions
