    Proposed fix: [browser-use] Browser auto-install fails: 'No local browser path found after: uvx playwright install chromium' / 'Timeout getting browser path from playwright' / 'No local Chrome/Chromiu

## Body

    Recommended action: Pre-install the browser in the image (e.g. `uvx playwright install chromium --with-deps` as root, or a system Chrome) and/or set BrowserProfile(executable_path=...) so the runtime install is skipped.

    Applies when: Starting an Agent with a local browser when no Chromium/Chrome is installed
    Steps:
    1. Install uv/uvx or pre-install Chromium during image build.
    2. Run the install with --with-deps as root on Linux.

    Expected: The error no longer appears.
