    Proposed fix: [python-oracledb Thick mode] 'DPI-1047: Oracle Client library cannot be loaded' (and DPI-1072 client too old) — code calls init_oracle_client() but Instant Client isn't installed/findabl

## Body

    Recommended action: If Thin mode features suffice, remove init_oracle_client() calls. Otherwise install Instant Client 19+, register it with ldconfig (Linux) or pass lib_dir (Windows/macOS), match bitness, unset ORACLE_HOME for Instant Client, and use DPI_DEBUG_LEVEL=64 to trace library search.

    1. Remove oracledb.init_oracle_client() if Thin mode features are enough
    2. Else install Instant Client 19+; Linux: add dir to /etc/ld.so.conf.d and run ldconfig
