## Title

Proposed fix: [Kiro and other MCP clients] 'SSE error: Non-200 status code (405)' aborts connection to POST-only/stateless Streamable HTTP server

## Body

Recommended action: Client: treat 405 on GET as 'no SSE stream' and continue. User: bridge through mcp-remote (stdio) as a workaround.

Option: Bridge via mcp-remote [evidence: external_success_report]
Applies when: Client lacks 405 handling
    Steps:
    1. Configure stdio server: npx mcp-remote <url>
    2. Complete OAuth in browser
    Expected: Tools available

Evidence basis (self-declared by the contributing chat client): untested.
