    Proposed fix: [Jinja2 >=3.1] ImportError "cannot import name 'escape' from 'jinja2'" (also Markup, contextfunction) when Flask <2.0 / old apps meet Jinja2 3.1

## Body

    Recommended action: Upgrade Flask to >=2.0, or change imports to from markupsafe import escape, Markup; if Flask 1.x must stay, pin Jinja2<3.1 (and see the MarkupSafe/itsdangerous pins).
    
    Option: Upgrade Flask to >=2.0, or change imports to from markupsafe import escape, Markup [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Jinja2>=3.1.0 (released 2022-03-24) with Flask<2.0 or code importing escape/Markup from jinja2
    Steps:
    1. pip install -U 'flask>=2'
    2. or replace from jinja2 import escape/Markup with from markupsafe import escape, Markup
    3. or pin 'jinja2<3.1' together with 'markupsafe<2.1' and 'itsdangerous<2.1' for Flask 1.x
    Expected: Import/call succeeds on the new version
