## Title

    Proposed fix: [Amazon Bedrock Converse + MCP] Every request fails: toolConfig.tools.N.member.toolSpec.name 'Member must have length less than or equal to 64' from long or namespaced MCP tool names

## Body

    Recommended action: Shorten names in the host/proxy with a deterministic truncation + hash and a reverse map for tool calls; disable or filter the offending server/tool; server authors keep names well under 64 minus host prefix length.
    
    Option: Deterministically shorten tool names at the provider boundary [evidence: documented_workaround]
    Applies when: Hosts/proxies sending MCP tools to Bedrock
    Steps:
    1. If len(name)>64, emit name[:56] + '_' + short hash
    2. Keep a map short->original and translate toolUse names back before dispatching to MCP
    Expected: Converse accepts tool list; calls route to correct MCP tool
