    Source-backed, not verified by KFA: the issue reporter states the prefixed name works on a cold worker and when servers share tool names, while the unprefixed name returns 404 or 403 (https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/issues/44831). This is a mitigation only, not a fix. The contributor's analysis indicates the root cause is not yet patched in the supplied sources (https://github.com/BerriAI/litellm/issues/44831#issuecomment-6014086459).
