    Proposed fix: [AutoGen autogen-ext] OllamaChatCompletionClient(host=...) fails: TypeError AsyncClient.chat() got an unexpected keyword argument 'host'

## Body

    Recommended action: Upgrade autogen-ext to a release containing PR #5674 (milestone 0.4.8); on older versions avoid the host kwarg and configure the Ollama host via environment variable.
    
    Fix: Upgrade autogen-ext [evidence: released_fix]
    Applies when: OllamaChatCompletionClient with host
    Steps:
    1. pip install -U 'autogen-ext[ollama]'
    2. Retry with host=...
    Expected: Chat calls succeed against the remote host.
