## Title

Read the head checkpoint from state APIs after an interrupt_after pause (source-backed, not verified by KFA)

## Body

Source-backed, not verified by KFA. The reporter's output shows get_state returning the saved head checkpoint (step 1, next two), whereas the checkpoints stream ended at step 0 (https://github.com/langchain-ai/langgraph/issues/9180). Using the state API for the resume checkpoint avoids the stale stream id in the reported scenario. This is a mitigation inferred from the report, not a documented maintainer workaround, and it is not a fix. The upstream fix is unmerged and unreleased in the supplied sources.
