    Proposed fix: [DSPy 3.4] ImportError "DSPy's 3.3 experimental LM types have been removed. Import Request, Response, Message, Config and content parts from dspy.lm15 instead" (+ 3.5 cutoff for custom B

## Body

    Recommended action: Import types from dspy.lm15 (note: not drop-in aliases — Request.system, ToolCallPart.input, one Message per Response); migrate custom LMs to an engine; run with -W default::DeprecationWarning to surface 3.5 breakages before upgrading.
    
    Option: Migrate to dspy.lm15 objects and engines [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Custom LM integrations / explicit request code
    Steps:
    1. from dspy.lm15 import Request, Message
    2. python -W default::DeprecationWarning app.py to find legacy calls
    3. Replace BaseLM.forward subclasses with a custom engine implementing complete(Request) -> Response
    Expected: Code works on 3.4 and 3.5
