## Body

    Recommended action: Pass fetch from undici and fetchOptions: { dispatcher: new ProxyAgent(url) } to the client (or setGlobalDispatcher), or on Node 24+ set NODE_USE_ENV_PROXY=1 so fetch honors HTTP(S)_PROXY/NO_PROXY.
    
    Option: Wire an undici ProxyAgent into the SDK [evidence: official_recommended_action]
    Applies when: Node.js apps using openai-node behind a proxy
    Steps:
    1. npm i undici
    2. import { fetch, ProxyAgent } from 'undici'
    3. new OpenAI({ fetch, fetchOptions: { dispatcher: new ProxyAgent(process.env.HTTPS_PROXY) } })
    4. Alternatively on Node 24+: export NODE_USE_ENV_PROXY=1
    Expected: Requests go through the proxy
