Reproduction request: A Responses API call with the web_search tool returns HTTP 200, but building the typed response object fails with Attrib

What I found: CPython 3.14 release notes state it is no longer possible to set any attributes on typing.Union objects, as part of unifying types.UnionType and typing.Union (gh-105499). openai-python 1.109.1 _build_discriminated_union_meta returns union.__discriminator__ when cached and otherwise assigns cast(CachedDiscriminatorType, union).__discriminator__ = details while parsing discriminated unions in construct_type.
