Reproduction request: A Responses API call with the web_search tool returns HTTP 200, but building the typed response object fails with Attrib

What I found: GitHub openai-python issue #2704 reports that on Python 3.14 assigning cast(CachedDiscriminatorType, union).__discriminator__ = details on a Responses event typing.Union raises AttributeError: 'typing.Union' object has no attribute '__discriminator__'. Commit 15a7ec8 in openai-python replaces union.__discriminator__ assignment with DISCRIMINATOR_CACHE weakref storage in _build_discriminated_union_meta.
