What I found:
GitHub issue 23429 reports that with llama-index-core==0.14.25, a RecursiveRetriever resolving an IndexNode whose NodeWithScore.score is 0.0 returns the child with score 1.0 instead of 0.0.
At tag v0.14.25, RecursiveRetriever._retrieve_rec assigns `cur_similarity = cur_similarity or 1.0`, which converts an incoming cur_similarity of 0.0 to 1.0 before wrapping resolved BaseNode objects., but I did not confirm a released fix.
Evidence:

Still unknown:
Whether a future merged upstream change will also patch RecursiveRetriever cur_similarity handling for the node_dict reproduction path.
