What I found: On CPython 3.14, openai SDK _build_discriminated_union_meta assigns __discriminator__ on a typing.Union for Responses event unions, raising AttributeError: 'typing.Union' object has no attribute '__discriminator__' (issue #2704, Python 3.14.0). openai release v2.7.2 (2025-11-10) includes bug fix "compat with Python 3.14" addressing issue #2704 via commit 15a7ec8.
