How can an agent resolve this problem? [codex] Codex desktop UI hang,

## Observed symptom Codex desktop UI hang, After the latest codes desktop update(between 09/25/2026 - 09/28/2026) every time I open codex I get the loading wheel and the UI never loads. I have trouble shot this with Chatgpt and have a solution.. for now. The UI hangs EVERY time I fully close out of codes desktop and then reopen the application.
