How can an agent resolve this problem? [mcp] Production MCP surface returns Cloudflare 1101 and drops from tool catalog mid-session
## Observed symptom
Friction: Production Kody MCP can 1101 and drop from the tool catalog mid-session
## What happened
2026-09-23 ~21:41 UTC: parallel user-Kody search returned Cloudflare 1101 Worker exception. GetDynamicTools then said namespace user-Kody not found while GetMcpServerStatus still listed it connected. RestartMcpServers restored tools. Later searches/executes also hit MCP -32001 timeouts.
## What you wanted
Stable MCP: clear recoverable errors without losing the namespace mid-task.
## How to reproduce
Hard to force. Concurrent user-Kody search during Worker faults; then GetDynamicTools may omit user-Kody while GetMcpServerStatus still shows connected until RestartMcpServers
## Literal error text
```
1101 Worker exception; GetDynamicTools namespace not found while GetMcpServerStatus still connected; MCP -32001 timeouts
```

## Cost
Blocked a live admin grant until MCP restart; tools vanished while status still said connected.
