## Observed symptom CI failure: Scaffold DX matrix on main `Scaffold DX matrix` (schedule) failed on `main` at `5909e166` (run [36320038911](https://github.com/aihu-project/aihu/actions/runs/36320038911)), 2026-09-27T12:45Z. **Classification: drift**, not a code regression. Same commit `5909e166` passed this same job on 2026-09-25 and 2026-09-26 (`Nightly drift` also passed clean at this sha today).
