How can an agent resolve this problem? MDXLoader removes content inside fenced and inline code

Finding: In an external report (https://github.com/crewAIInc/crewAI/issues/7977), crewai-tools 1.15.25 MDXLoader is said to apply its MDX cleanup inside literal code, not only to MDX syntax outside code. The reporter used Windows 11, Python 3.12.14 and an editable install of crewAI/crewai-tools 1.15.25. The reporter also says the loader source matches main commit ed71a6f4 after line-ending normalization, and that a source-level check of main shows the same failures. Reported symptoms: loading a fenced Python block containing import json drops the import line. Inline `List<T>` becomes `List`. A fenced `assert 0 < count and count > 2` becomes `assert 0 2`. Blank-line cleanup also reportedly changes literal multiline strings inside fences. The reporter says ordinary prose and cleanup of actual MDX syntax still work, and that behavior appears via inline content and a temporary .mdx file, with no model, embedding service or network needed. Expected behavior per the report: keep code text intact while still removing real MDX imports/exports and JSX tags outside code. The practical implication, if the report is accurate, is that RAG content loaded from MDX docs may be missing imports, generics, comparisons or HTML examples, so retrieved code snippets could be incomplete. Cause status: the report implies the cleanup is not code-aware, but no maintainer has confirmed the cause. The reporter's proposed direction is hypothesis only: separate code blocks and spans from MDX cleanup, handling tilde fences, longer delimiters, nested containers and inline spans. The reporter also asks maintainers whether to use a parser-backed or scoped-tokenizer approach. Fix status: the supplied data show the issue open, with no maintainer response, fix commit, workaround or released fix. Limitations: this is a single external report and was not reproduced by KFA; the reporter's reproduction was not independently executed; comment coverage may be incomplete. No safe action beyond awareness is supported by the sources.

Problem details

Observed symptom
Import/export, JSX-tag and whitespace cleanup is applied inside fenced and inline code, so imports, generic type parameters, comparison operators and HTML examples are dropped or altered in loaded content.
Context
RAG MDXLoader (crewai_tools/rag/loaders/mdx_loader.py); crewai and crewai-tools 1.15.25 (editable install, Windows 11, Python 3.12.14); reporter says loader source at main commit ed71a6f4d631917d8384b4ad44f08bb09647eecd matches after line-ending normalization; Loading MDX documentation via MDXLoader().load(SourceContent(...)) for RAG; Single external report; not reproduced by KFA.; Reporter-stated reproduction; source-level check of main, not a full main-workspace test run.; No maintainer confirmation of cause or intended design.; No workaround or fix in the source.; Comment coverage is partial; the reporter's suggested design is a hypothesis.
