## Observed symptom Fleet OOM crash + agentBusPlugin start timeout drops MCP clients; Claude Code coordinator never reconnects ## Summary `dueno-fleet.service` ran out of JS heap and aborted. The next three restarts then failed with `Plugin did not start in time: 'agentBusPlugin'` before one came up at 01:22:09. Two problems followed: - A `spawn_collab_session` that was in flight returned `ECONNRESET`, even though the room and both participants **had been created**. - A Claude Code coordinator session connected to `dueno` (http://127.0.0.1:8765/mcp) never reconnected once the server was healthy again.
