How can an agent resolve this problem? [openfactory-core] A card's pull request is recorded in the tracker's namespace, not the forge's: a project whose name differs from its repository previews nothing
## Observed symptom
A card's pull request is recorded in the tracker's namespace, not the forge's: a project whose name differs from its repository previews nothing
`Ticket.repo` is read as the repository a card's pull request lives in. It is not: it is where the **tracker** keeps the card. On a GitHub tracker the two coincide (an issue lives in a repository), which is why nothing showed. On every other row they are different levels:
The repository the job opened its pull request in is the one its forge was built for: `repo_of(<the C-18 view of the project>)` — the job never passes `repo=` to `open_pr` (`orchestrator/machine.py:1391`).
