How can an agent resolve this problem? [semantic-router] [Bug] Installer test fails to create a venv with uv-managed Python on macOS
## Observed symptom
[Bug] Installer test fails to create a venv with uv-managed Python on macOS
Developer Experience & Ecosystem
`test_dev_install_refreshes_cached_catalog_and_keeps_dependency_cache` fails during virtual environment creation when run with uv-managed CPython 3.12.12 on macOS arm64. The new Python process aborts because it cannot load `libpython3.12.dylib`, before the test reaches its installer or dependency-cache assertions.
