## Observed symptom [Bug]: GET /key/info returns 500 MissingRequiredValueError (`where.token`) when the authenticated principal has no virtual key (api_key=None) instead of a clean 4xx `GET /key/info` returns `500` with an unhandled `prisma.errors.MissingRequiredValueError: \`where.token\`: A value is required but not set` when the request is authenticated by a principal that has no virtual key (`user_api_key_dict.api_key` is `None`) and no `?key=` query parameter is passed.
