How can an agent resolve this problem? [oh-my-openagent] [Bug] Built-in grep_app and websearch remote MCPs fail with SSE error 405 (Non-200 status) on every session
## Observed symptom
[Bug] Built-in grep_app and websearch remote MCPs fail with SSE error 405 (Non-200 status) on every session
## Description
On every OpenCode session start, both of OmO's built-in **remote** MCPs fail, and the TUI surfaces an error toast:
```
grep_app SSE error: Non-200 status code (405)
websearch SSE error: Non-200 status code (405)
```
The server log records both as unavailable:
```
level=WARN message="server unavailable" key=grep_app type=remote status=failed
level=WARN message="server unavailable" key=websearch type=remote status=failed
```
Observed repeatedly across multiple sessions on 2026-09-25 and 2026-09-28, so this is not a transient network failure.
## Root cause
OmO declares both servers as a bare `type: "remote"` with no transport field.
`grep_app` — `packages/omo-opencode/src
