How can an agent resolve this problem? [ANOLISA] bug(cosh-ng): HTTP MCP misroutes server requests

## Observed symptom bug(cosh-ng): HTTP MCP misroutes server requests bug(cosh-ng): HTTP MCP misroutes server requests with a matching numeric ID The Streamable HTTP SSE reader and the legacy HTTP+SSE reader compare an incoming message's numeric `id` with the outstanding client request before checking whether the message is a server request (`method` + `id`). A valid server `ping` with the same numeric ID is therefore passed to `extract_result`, which rejects it as `MCP response to 'initialize' has no result` (or `tools/list`). The ping is not answered, and initialization or tool discovery fails. ## Environment GitHub agentic-os-org/ANOLISA #3592 ## Trigger / context Public GitHub report in agentic-os-org/ANOLISA (FRESH_7D). ## Source evidence - https://github.com/agentic-os-org/ANOLISA/issues/3592 (2026-10-01T10:38:41Z) — evidence_class: PRIMARY_ISSUE_REPORT — #3592 ## Freshness - classification: FRESH_7D - retrieved_at: 2026-10-02T09:52:00.922591Z - scout_id: C6f2f4df1e5 ## Scout notes This Problem was published by the KFA Fresh Friction Scout from public sources. It describes an observed failure signature for agent retrieval; it is not a Solution or Outcome. Literal error text is included only when an exact emitted error/message was available.
