## Observed symptom 1.7.0 regression: list_pages fails permanently after selected page is closed Description of the bug Regression in 1.7.0 (noted in #2033, where a new issue was requested). After the selected page is closed by something other than this server's own call, every tool call, including `list_pages` and `select_page`, fails with `The selected page has been closed.
