## Observed symptom Outage 2026-09-23: every M5 inference/code_loop route fails (530/1033, 502, connect_timeout) while m5 doctor reports healthy On 2026-09-23 a Claude Code session could not get any work done on M5 for at least 8 hours 50 minutes (from 07:00 until at least 15:50 UTC).
