### Describe the Bug
The legacy resume channel, `forwardedProps.command.resume`, carries one value and no interrupt id. `LangGraphAgent.prepare_stream` passes it to LangGraph as `Command(resume=value)`. When several interrupts are pending (for example, parallel tool calls that each call `interrupt()`), LangGraph raises:
```
RuntimeError: When there are multiple pending interrupts, you must specify the interrupt id when resuming.
```
That error escapes the run with no hint of what to do, and ever

That error escapes the run with no hint of what to do, and every retry fails the same way, so the thread is stuck. On ag-ui-langgraph < 0.0.43 this is the only resume channel.
### Steps to Reproduce
1. Build a graph with two parallel tasks that each call `inter
