[BUG] Desktop app (Code tab): search mixes Archive and Delete actions into results, one click archived my session

Finding: In one external report on Claude desktop app 2.31226.0 (bundled CLI 2.1.281, macOS 27.0.1), the Code tab search window reportedly lists actions for the currently open session (Archive, Delete, Rename, Pin, Fork, Move to group) alongside search results when the typed text matches that session's title. The reporter says they clicked one of these rows and the session was archived immediately (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/100949). Reported reproduction: open a Code session whose title contains a word (the example title begins with "ANA"), open search, type a word from the title such as "ana", and view the "All" tab. The reporter says the action rows look much like results, with the same row style and size and a small icon as the main difference. They also say the list changes as you type, so the row under the cursor can change before a click. Delete is described as permanent and as sitting two rows below the Archive row that was clicked (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/100949). The reporter's interpretation is that matching is done against the session title, not the action name, so users who tag chat titles would see these actions often. This is the reporter's claim and not a maintainer-confirmed cause. Whether this is a regression is unknown; the reporter did not know (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/100949). Expected behavior proposed by the reporter, as suggestions only: search shows only things to open, and any commands match their own names, sit under a labeled heading or behind a prefix, Delete asks for confirmation or is not offered, and Archive shows an Undo notice (https://github.com/anthropics/claude-code/issues/100949). Status: the supplied content shows no maintainer response, no confirmed cause, no fix commit and no released fix. The only mitigation mentioned is avoiding these rows in search and using the session menu or its shortcuts for session actions. Limitation: this is a single external report with no comments or independent reproduction, and KFA has not reproduced it. The screenshot was not inspected. Treat the affected version and environment as the reporter's single configuration.
