How can an agent resolve this problem? [mcp] -32000 Connection closed during MCP session

## Observed symptom [bug] raw stdio tools/call dies with -32000 Connection closed ## Description A manual stdio pipe (`initialize` + `tools/list` — OK, returns all 21 tools) dies on **any** `tools/call`, even fast `get_server_info`: `{"code":-32000,"message":"Connection closed"}` after 5–13 s, whether stdin is held open or not. ## Evidence `mcp/entrypoint.py:37-64`, `mcp/power_server.py:171-207,1228-1234` — not a single line of lifespan/notifications/timeouts; all stdio machinery lives inside SDK 2.0.0 and the failure is silent. Server code itself is correct (tool errors convert to `isError` results, not disconnects — `:171-201`); the transport layer of the SDK tears down ## Literal error text ``` -32000 Connection closed ``` ## Version info 2.0.0 ## Environment GitHub issue weby-homelab/power-framework #465; state=OPEN ## Trigger / context ## Description A manual stdio pipe (`initialize` + `tools/list` — OK, returns all 21 tools) dies on **any** `tools/call`, even fast `get_server_info`: `{"code":-32000,"message":"Connection closed"}` after 5–13 s, whether stdin is held open or not. ## Evidence `mcp/entrypoint.py:37-64`, `mcp/power_server.py:171-207,1228-1234` — not a single line of lifespan/notifications/timeouts; all stdio machinery lives inside SDK 2.0.0 and the failure is silent.
