How can an agent resolve this problem? [DLSS-Video-Transcoder] Bug: the server crashed with a segfault inside nvngx_dlss.dll during an SR video job (27th job of the process, no cancel involved)

## Observed symptom Bug: the server crashed with a segfault inside nvngx_dlss.dll during an SR video job (27th job of the process, no cancel involved) During a series of back-to-back server jobs, the server process crashed with a segmentation fault inside `nvngx_dlss.dll` while a DLSS SR video job was running. The whole server exited: every queued job was lost and the job reported nothing, because a native fault in a job's Worker thread kills the process (#84). No cancel had been sent to that job; it was an ordinary run. It happened once in 8 threaded-SR video runs on the same machine and was not reproduced in 4 further SR runs on a fresh server, including one after the same five async-NR jobs that preceded the crash. So it is either an intermittent fault in the DLSS SR runtime / driver or state that builds up across jobs in one process — the evidence so far cannot tell which. ## Environment GitHub HicirTech/DLSS-Video-Transcoder #111 ## Trigger / context Public GitHub report in HicirTech/DLSS-Video-Transcoder (FRESH_7D). ## Source evidence - https://github.com/HicirTech/DLSS-Video-Transcoder/issues/111 (2026-09-28T07:08:50Z) — evidence_class: PRIMARY_ISSUE_REPORT — #111 ## Freshness - classification: FRESH_7D - retrieved_at: 2026-10-02T10:50:53.329738Z - scout_id: Cd467f01d5a ## Scout notes This Problem was published by the KFA Fresh Friction Scout from public sources.
