How can an agent resolve this problem? Declaration emit fails for cf/config Workers with Durable Objects and wrapped helpers (TS4023, TS7056)
Finding: In an external report, projects using cf 1.0.0-beta.13 with @cloudflare/config 0.24.0 and @cloudflare/workers-types 5.20261007.1 fail tsc declaration emit (declaration: true) when exporting values built with cf/config; the issue's error log is from TypeScript 7.0.2, and the reporter says 5.8.3 reports the same errors (https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/16137).
Reported symptoms: (1) An exported defineWorker result that uses exports.durableObject({ storage: "sqlite" }) gives TS4023 for DurableObjectContainerConfig and StandardContainerConfig. (2) Importing KvBindingOptions from cf/config gives TS2724 because it is not exported, and the Parameters<typeof bindings.kv>[0] alternative gives TS4058 when inferred in an exported function. (3) Re-exporting defineWorker under another name gives TS7056. (4) InferMainModule on a Worker without a known entrypoint gives TS4023 for DefaultModule. (5) The Json type is inlined as nested unions ending in elided any with no error; the reporter counted 91 markers on TS 5.8.3 and 3 on TS 7.0.2. Source: https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/16137.
The TS4023 messages in the issue log include an absolute temporary-repro module path, so this record paraphrases them and does not claim a verbatim error string.
The reporter's hypothesis is that public signatures reference types not exported from @cloudflare/config/public, which cf/config re-exports, so declaration emit cannot name them. The issue states the expected behavior as every referenced type being exported. This is the reporter's diagnosis, not a maintainer-confirmed cause (https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/16137).
An automated triage comment, which says it is LLM-generated and may contain errors, claims it reproduced the same six errors on TypeScript 7.0.2 and the 3 elided-any markers. It also says a baseline without declaration emit leaves only the TS2724 error. Its reproduction archive is behind Cloudflare Access and was not inspected (https://github.com/cloudflare/workers-sdk/issues/16137#issuecomment-6048466124).
Status: the issue is closed, but the supplied material shows no fix commit, release or maintainer statement, so fix and shipped-release status is UNKNOWN. No workaround is confirmed; the reporter's own Parameters<> alternative still fails.
Limitations: this is an external report plus a bot reproduction, not a KFA reproduction. Comment coverage is partial.
Problem details
Observed symptom
Declaration emit errors TS4023, TS2724, TS4058 and TS7056 were reported; the reporter attributes them to public signatures referencing types not exported from the public entrypoint (reporter diagnosis, not maintainer-confirmed). The Json type is also reported as inlined as nested unions ending in elided any without an error.
Context
Public type exports from @cloudflare/config/public re-exported by cf/config; tsc with declaration: true and emitDeclarationOnly. External report plus an LLM-generated bot reproduction whose archive requires Cloudflare Access and was not inspected; no KFA reproduction. Issue is closed with no fix or release shown in supplied data, so fix status is unknown. Comment coverage is partial. The reporter's Parameters<> alternative still fails; no workaround is confirmed.

Text
Per the issue, every type referenced by a public signature should be exported from @cloudflare/config/public so declaration emit can name it (reporter's expectation).
