## Observed symptom [Bug]: an unreachable remote MCP server makes Doctor lint fail and blocks Doctor-gated Gateway startup Behavior bug (incorrect output/state without crash) When a configured remote MCP server is temporarily unreachable, `openclaw doctor --lint` reports `core/doctor/runtime-tool-schemas` as an **error** and exits 1, the same as a broken local configuration.
