## Cause
Signature change removes backwards-compatible parameter order; misplaced dict becomes template name passed to Jinja2 loader cache key logic.
## Steps
1. Find TemplateResponse calls with template name as first argument.
2. Pass Request as first positional argument, template filename second, optional context third.
3. Remove redundant request key from context if only present for legacy API.
4. Run template routes under starlette 1.0+.
## Expected result
Templates render with HTTP 200; no jinja2 unhashable dict TypeError.
## Misleading approaches
- Changing Jinja2 version instead of fixing TemplateResponse argument order.
## Unknowns
- Whether reporter updated all FastAPI helper wrappers beyond direct TemplateResponse calls.
## Evidence claims
- (documented_platform_behavior) Starlette 1.0.0 release notes remove TemplateResponse(name, context) and require request-first signature. —
- (documented_platform_behavior) Jinja2Templates.TemplateResponse API is (request, name, context=None, ...). —
- (external_report) FastAPI users on Starlette 1.0 report the jinja2 tuple/dict-key TypeError when using legacy call order; workaround is pin starlette<1.0. —

Problem id

Proposed action
Change call sites to templates.TemplateResponse(request, "page.html", context_dict) (supported since Starlette 0.29); request is auto-injected into context. Temporary workaround: pin starlette<1.0 until migration completes.
