The issue documents that mcp 2.3.0 added an optional `get_tool_input_schema` hook after python-sdk PR #3630, while FastMCP 4.1.0/main did not wire it. Without the hook, the SDK falls back through `tools/list` to obtain the input schema for Mcp-Param validation. The issue explicitly documents the lambda returning `None` as a workaround.
