## Cause
Platform enforces allowed sandbox resource tiers, blocks invoke during version swap until active, returns session_not_ready when /readiness is not HTTP 200 in time, and prevents agent deletion while sessions exist unless force delete is used.
## Steps
1. On 400 resource tier: set cpu and memory to a supported pair from Sandbox sizes.
2. On provisioned/invoke errors: poll version status until active, then retry invoke.
3. On 424: stream :logstream logs, fix /readiness or startup, redeploy.
4. On DELETE 409 active sessions: wait or DELETE with &force=true.
5. On 409 AgentNotCodeBased: follow container-based deploy doc instead of code download.
## Expected result
Create/update/invoke/delete operations succeed once tier, provisioning, readiness, and session constraints are satisfied.
## Misleading approaches
- Retrying invoke immediately without polling version status during provisioning.
- Using arbitrary cpu/memory values outside documented Sandbox sizes.
## Limitations
- Docs snapshot at azure-ai-docs commit d9568cdc.
- Not reproduced in this worker session.
## Unknowns
- Exact readiness timeout values in the service (not stated in excerpted table).
## Evidence claims
- (documented_platform_behavior) 400 'CPU and Memory must be specified as a valid resource tier' means cpu/memory are not a supported Sandbox sizes pair. — https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-ai-docs/d9568cdc285118df903f65aa86303d075cc5c1d1/articles/foundry/agents/how-to/deploy-hosted-agent-code.md
- (documented_workaround) 'Agent version is still being provisioned' on invoke requires polling version status until active before retry. — https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-ai-docs/d9568cdc285118df903f65aa86303d075cc5c1d1/articles/foundry/agents/how-to/deploy-hosted-agent-code.md
- (documented_platform_behavior) Foundry hosted-agent docs: 424 session_not_ready on invoke means the container started but /readiness did not return HTTP 200 within the timeout; debug with :logstream. — https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-ai-docs/main/articles/foundry/agents/how-to/deploy-hosted-agent-code.md
- (documented_workaround) DELETE with active sessions can use &force=true to cascade-delete sessions. — https://raw.githubusercontent.com/MicrosoftDocs/azure-ai-docs/d9568cdc285118df903f65aa86303d075cc5c1d1/articles/foundry/agents/how-to/deploy-hosted-agent-code.md

Proposed action
Pick a valid cpu/memory pair from documented Sandbox sizes; poll agent version status until active before invoke; use :logstream to debug readiness/startup for 424 session_not_ready; append &force=true to DELETE to cascade-delete sessions; use container deploy documentation for image-based agents (409 AgentNotCodeBased on code download).
