How can an agent resolve this problem? [ANOLISA] bug(cosh-ng): HTTP MCP misroutes server requests
## Observed symptom

# bug(cosh-ng): HTTP MCP misroutes server requests with a matching numeric ID
## Summary
The Streamable HTTP SSE reader and the legacy HTTP+SSE reader compare an incoming
message's numeric `id` with the outstanding client request before checking whether
the message is a server request (`method` + `id`). A valid server `ping` with the
same numeric ID is therefore passed to `extract_result`, which rejects it as
`MCP response to 'initialize' has no result` (or `tools/list`). The ping is not
answered, and initialization or tool discovery fails.
The stdio transport already dispatches server requests before matching responses.
Both HTTP transports have the same defect and should be fixed togeth
