How can an agent resolve this problem? [Claude Code plugin] k8s-gate 'helm dependency build || true' swallows helm crash as no dependencies
## Observed symptom
fix(bootstrap): k8s-gate's 'helm dependency build || true' swallows a helm crash as 'no dependencies'
<!-- story-spec:prose:start -->
## Problem
The shipped IaC gate template, `development/skills/bootstrap/templates/iac/scripts/k8s-gate.zsh.tmpl`, runs this in its render stage:
```zsh
# a chart declaring dependencies: fails to render without them. Tolerate
# the status (dependency-free charts), but let stderr reach the log —
# otherwise the later `helm template` failure is undiagnosable.
helm dependency build "$d" >/dev/null || true
```
`|| true` is meant to tolerate a dependency-free chart. It tolerates a **Go runtime abort of helm** just as well: the process crashes, its dump goes to stderr (on purpose), and the gate carries on as if the chart simply had no dependencies. Every generated

`|| true` is meant to tolerate a dependency-free chart. It tolerates a **Go runtime abort of helm** just as well: the process crashes, its dump goes to stderr (on purpose), and the gate carries on as if the chart simply had no dependencies. Every generated GitOps repo inherits this.
Found while refining #1873. In that issue a crash dump appears at the very start of the gate's output, before `gate: render ok`, and `helm dependency build` is one candidate for where it came from. That attribution is **not** confirmed; #1873 adds the capture that will n
